Turn just West of Transcona Cemetery onto gravel road (Franklin Ave.)

Follow approximately 1 mile  (just past St.Boniface Rd.) to James Farms Ltd.

Approximately 1 mile West of Perimeter on MB 1W, Turn North onto Murdock Rd. (across from Tinkertown)

Drive 2 1/2 miles down Murdock Rd. to St.Boniface Rd.

Turn East and go 1 mile on St.Boniface Rd. to James Farms Rd.

Turn South and go 100 meters to James Farms Ltd.
